Abstract

This work aims to build a model of its own social balance that determines the fundamental items of this tool, according to the identity of the associates, thus constituting a guide for the ethical and responsible management of "Asproagoyán". The research seeks to guide the associative economy system, for the collection and commercialization that allows generating higher profit margins and a solidarity redistribution of the same, which is akin to the forms of economies typical of the reservation, it also allows small volumes of surplus family production to be added to serve targeted markets. One of the reasons for carrying out this project is to have very few community members of the reservation with the accounting and administrative knowledge necessary for the implementation of the project, which has led to the search for professionals and advice in the university business clinics in La city of Popayán. Meanwhile, the indigenous associates of this organization see with expectation that through this degree work a participatory action research can be developed to improve the organizational and accounting processes of the aforementioned association, derived from the internal research call of the University Corporation. Comfacauca 2018-02 to which the authors of this work have been linked as co-investigators. In summary, the construction of its own social balance for the Asproagoyán association, allows identifying the aspects that the Association can strengthen, and those that have contributed to its social and economic environment, from the identification of assessable parameters that are relevant for its proper management. of its economic, social and environmental processes.
