Análisis de la gestión ambiental desde la perspectiva de la gobernabilidad ambiental y presupuesto público con respecto a la recolección de basura en la ciudad de Popayán

Abstract

At present, caring for the environment is essential in all corners of the world, this taking into account the damage that it has suffered over time, which is why campaigns and projects are constantly being carried out that seek to maintain environmental sustainability; The adequate collection of waste makes it possible to contribute to the well-being of the environmental environment, for this it is necessary for the governmental entities to allocate part of the annual budget for the execution of said plan and to achieve its objectives; That is why we consider it very important to know the environmental management plan proposed in the city of Popayán for the year 2019 and in the same way the budget allocated for its fulfillment. The foregoing allows evaluating the commitment that the public administration has with the preservation of the environment, especially in the garbage collection process, generating awareness on how to do it correctly while contributing to the environment. The information obtained will allow the creation of pedagogical material, which will be reflected in a web page created exclusively for the case, with the purpose that this material can be known by the community and also interact in order to deepen the subject.
