Abstract

The National Roadway Institute - INVIAS Territorial Cauca, is the public entity responsible for the maintenance, conservation, and improvement of roads through microenterprises, consortiums, road administrators. In the following report a retrospective of this entity will be found in order to publicize a little more its origin and process to be currently an entity with thirty-two (32) territorial at national level, it will also be explained in this report the management of the different financial and accounting applications that are used for the liquidation of the collection accounts of the different contractors that work with the National De Vías Institute - INVIAS Territorial Cauca, finally an informative document 'Brochure' will be made which will have a brief information of the entity and a flowchart on the tenders carried out by the National Road Institute - INVIAS Territorial Cauca. In contemplation of Law 1780 of 2016, the government, through the Ministry of Labor, developed a program called YOUNG STATE, dedicated to young people between 15 and 28 years of age, whose objective is to promote labor practice in the public sector. In this way the students of complementary training programs, offered by the Higher Normal and Higher Education and University Undergraduate Higher Education schools, apply ordinary practices with a duration up to 5 months. This activity was used, where government companies presented their needs for the execution of their processes and activities, where the National De Vías Institute - INVIAS Territorial Cauca was presented to participate as a practice scenario, carrying out their respective selection process.
