Resumen:
This project proposes the design of a web platform for the accounting management of
microenterprises and entrepreneurs, with the aim of facilitating access to up-to-date financial
information and the generation of financial reports. These reports are essential to ensure accuracy
and efficiency in the management of their financial statements. To achieve this, a diagnostic
assessment is carried out to identify the main challenges and needs of the sector, highlighting the
importance of implementing this type of tool. It is observed that many individuals lack financial
knowledge and do not maintain proper control over the management and administration of their
businesses, which can impact their sustainability and growth.
For this reason, the project involves designing a web platform tailored to the specific
needs of microenterprises and entrepreneurs. This tool will optimize accounting management
through features such as income and expense tracking (fiscal ledger), the generation of financial
reports (Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement), inventory management, and a
reminder system for debts and taxes. In this way, the platform will help improve financial
organization and facilitate strategic decision-making for the development and strengthening of
their businesses.
